Lisa A. Pounders, MA

Upcoming Project TBA

Lisa has walked many roads; from visual artist for over twenty years, working primarily in two-dimensional media—painting, drawing, and collage — to writing poetry and published creative and academic articles, to college instruction. Lisa currently instructs at a graduate level and offers personal, academic, and creative mentoring sessions for individuals. Her desire to learn, explore, and create has meant that her life has taken unusual and provocative turns.

Lisa has a BS in Computer Science, an MA in humanities with emphasis in psychology, and is a PhD candidate in psychology specializing in Jungian and archetypal studies. She values the road less traveled and yet also understands the need to to approach life practically.
